Hello! My name is Helia Zarkhosh and I am the owner of this dream I now call Wags and Whiskers Pet Photography. Let me start by saying that, as a pet parent myself, I understand why you’re here. Since the light of my life is a wonderful pitbull rescue named Ellie Mae, I recognize that our pets are more like furry children. We love them, raise them, cherish them, spoil them… let’s face it, we’re suckers. Though an animal lover my entire life, it was only a few years ago that fate brought Ellie Mae into my life. I now know what true love is.

It is that love, the most authentic kind, that I intend to capture in each photograph. While it would be impossible to encompass all of the emotion that bonds us with our four-legged counterparts, it is my goal to convey as much of it as possible in photographic works of art that can be cherished for a lifetime.
